NEWS TODAY FROM WESLEY CHAPEL JAPANESE CHURCH

 

Our regular/faithful ‘member’ OTOSAN/HIROTANISAN & his wife, Hanakosan were called from Japan to return for an important family business.  they were able to change the dates of their already bought tickets, & they will return for less than 2 weeks, from 7/15–7/27.  please pray for their safety and success in whatever duties that await them.

 

We have another important Announcement.  Dr. Toshitaka Yamao, Ph. D.,senior Professor of the department of Civil Engineering (Doboku Gishi) at the Kumamoto University will participate in the coming Conference on EARTHQUAKE AND CONSTRUCTION/JISHIN KOGAKUKAI to be held at the University of Toronto from 7/26–7/29.  He is arriving one day earlier to visit our Sunday Service (7/25) and Toronto, where he and his family lived for about 6 months some 15 years ago. 

At our church he will be sharing his testimony of how became a Christian, following his wife, who was baptized at Wesley Church on the last Sunday before the family moved to London, U.K.  His story should be most interesting, and you are warmly invited to visit our Service and hear his challenging story. 

 

When coming to Wesley you need not worry about your clothing.  Come casually and comfortably in these hot & humid days.  Our Service begins at 10:30 a.m.  If parking lot is full, you can park on the south side on Huntingwood Ave.
